    This and their neighbor restaurant are the best in Jackson. I'm glad they treat all their paying customers the same. We will be going here regularly.  I got eggplant parmigiana without the buffalo mozzarella. Best pasta ever. The small but nice touches like sprinkling our plates with fresh basil was nice. The bread that came with our meal was great along with the salad and wine. My dates drink was mixed perfectly. Great music from Lady Sundown. Overall a very nice experience. We will be back!

    Nice Italian restaurant. We're always up for checking out the new restaurants in Jackson so when we saw this on Yelp we knew we had to stop by. The location is a little hard to find because it's behind the Flat Iron grille, we almost missed it because we expected to be able to see if from the front of the shopping center.

    The interior is dim with brick walls, lantern style lighting, black and white pictures on the walls and they play frank Sinatra type of music. Would be a very nice date night spot.

    Pastas are $15 to $24 pending what you order and come with bread and a nice sized salad. We found the portions to be generous and the food very tasty. We had the ricotta crostini appetizer which was interesting to try, we all ordered different pastas and skipped out on dessert because we were too full.

    We plan on returning on our next trip to Jackson.

    Have been eating here at least once a week since they opened Bistto.  Each week we enjoyed the flexability of ordering from either bistro or flat iron menu.  Tonight  we were informed that ordering from either menu was no longer available, as per Ray.  You must now choose one or the other. Not even able to get an order shrimp cocktail unless its on THURSDAY.  Very dissapointed and Regrettably my last visit to a promising local establishment!

    Excellent food great service quiet cozy atmosphere.. I will definitely be back. My waiter was Paige she was very nice and gave great recommendations for the menus.  Wanted to eat a Flat Iron but they were closed so I noticed the Bistro open. If you are looking for a quiet out of the way place with great service, good food and a cozy atmosphere this is the place in Jackson. Best Italian food in Jackson.
